I purchased this pillow because I have severe rheumatoid arthritis, and I've also had 5 back surgeries including a lower lumbar fusion. The pillow has been great for sleeping on my back & my side. I love that you can bend the pillow for different positions. My favorite is to cross the ends because it elevates my legs while my neck is still supported. I've been lying on it almost constantly for the last 2 weeks due to pain & fatigue. I love that I'm not constantly repositioning tons of pillows just to get comfortable!
I sleep better, back is supported well. It’s soft and firm enough, makes sleeping and lounging comfortable. My dog is also loving it!
