I have minor neck pain, some shoulder pain and headaches. When it's really bad, I sometimes get a small bit of relief from pushing my head upwards with my hands. The thought of a way to get some tension for more than a few moments led me to purchase this. I use it once or twice a day depending on how much work I am doing (leaning over, gardening, etc.) and it does the job very well! Saves me trips to the Chiropractor (sometimes their adjustments are too strong and backfire on me) time and money. Great buy. My wife has even tried it and had success. We both have bigger necks and heads, so it does work for larger people. You just have to place the straps looser and gently readjust as it inflates to make sure it is sitting well where it needs to.

I bought this neck stretcher back in may 2023. I have used it a couple times a week since then. I am a former sufferer of vocal muscle tension disorder a few years back.
