I have been going to a chiropractor for months for back and neck issues (osteoarthritis). While I love them, I had found this and wanted to know if I could use this at home. I don't have to see him for my neck anymore! This lovely little item does the trick! Within just a few rotations side to side and back and forth, ALL my neck pain is gone and the numbness in my fingers as well. I followed the insert and it even takes away my migraines I get occasionally. I like the removable cover, and the item itself is easy to wipe clean if needed. Been using this for 6 mths now and was able to write an honest review as the immediate relief is still just as effective now. I only have to use it about 1x a week, down from 3x daily for the first few months.
